I'm a virtual assistant, house sitter, business mentor, intuitive reader and lifelong believer that we get to create a life and business that supports our nervous system and nourishes our spirit. I'm also a highly sensitive person, and that shapes a lot of how I show up in my life and business.
Over the years, I've built multiple businesses around the same simple idea: how I make money in the world must feel spacious and easeful to my system.
Here you'll find the different ways I've chosen to share my skills and experience with the world: 
While the offerings may seem different, they're all rooted in the same belief - that when I feel supported, regulated, and at ease, I'm able to show up as my best self for the wonderful people I serve. That is my through line with all business decisions and it has served me well.

In these businesses, I come first.

I am opposed to the idea that that more is better. It absolutely is not.

For me,

less is more,

slower is richer

and my nervous system leads this show. 

I think how we make money in the world is not our identity or even the most interesting thing about us. But, it’s a necessity, so if we have to do it, we might as well try to make it as enjoyable, and as least stressful as possible. 
For me, that looks like: 
  • blending offering my skills and experience with doing them in a way that feels rich, easeful and light. 
  • It means putting relationships and connection first, and profit second.
  • It means I want to actually enjoy the journey. 
I am not in a rush to get anywhere.
Maybe this way is not for every entrepreneur. But it’s for me.
