“KellySue is a VA-gem!
I am impressed with her intuitive ideas and aesthetically pleasing designs. I trust her, and this is important to me.
She’s calm, down to earth and practical. She does not need micromanaging, she is very reliable and works fast!
She communicated regularly through short videos which was so helpful for me as I continue to use everything I learned from her. I am so pleased to have met her, and I will definitely work with her again. It’s so worth it!”

Steps to Start
#1 Meet & Greet
Complete the form on my Contact Page to request services. Then, we’ll book a video chat to assure fitness and select which types of services you need.
#2 Contract
Once fitness is assured on both ends, I will send you a Client Agreement that includes the rate and scope of work to review and sign.
#3 Two Month Trial
Once the contract is signed, we will book a Kick Off Call and embark on a 2-month trial period where I will begin working on your projects! After the 2 months, we can both decide to continue if we feel it’s a great fit. Otherwise, we can part ways on good terms.

You can grant access by sharing login credentials through a secure method or by inviting me as a user with appropriate permissions on your systems and platforms.

We manage multiple logins using secure password management tools. This ensures that all credentials are stored safely and new clients will be guided as to how to share login credentials safely.

I am in New Jersey/PA and EST .
I work around my housesitting schedule. For example, it's common that on a weekday, I may be moving out of 1 sit, driving 1-2 hours, then moving into another sit.
Typically I am working between 10-4pm, but that is not always the case when there's a move. I will let clients know if I will be offline for an extended period.
My packages do not include being "on call" for my clients. It is understood that there are regular tasks or projects I am responsible for completing and if I need to reach out, I will. I am very self-sufficient and only ask when I cannot access something myself.
-
Aside from email, I onboard clients to Telegram which is a free text and audio app that can be use from your cell or your laptop for daily messaging as needed.
For virtual chats, I use google meets.
I do not keep Telegram on my phone intentionally and only check work messages from my laptop. -
Nope.
My clients trust that I am working in integrity with our contract. I've been in this game for 12+ years and am an accelerated learner. I promise that I'm getting done more work in less time than most VAs.
If a client finds this to be inaccurate, I have yet to hear about it! -
You can send me an email with the task requested and deadline requirement and I will let you know if I can meet it.
I make no promises for 11th hour requests, but try to accommodate where I can. I do not make it a habit to over extend myself and have solid work boundaries, thanks to various burnout experiences.
Overall, I try to prevent 11th hour asks where at all possible and do not enjoy working under urgency, so if urgent requests become a habit, we are not a fit.Additionally, I am happy to workshop and incorporate "spacious planning" into your business so as to prevent a constant state of urgency.

I currently invoice monthly via Stripe.
Stripe allows you to pay via various payment methods.
I also have clients who have added me to their Gusto payroll as a contractor, as well as clients who pay me directly via Quickbooks to avoid Stripe fees. I appreciate both! -
I am skilled at time and project management. This is also why I prefer to work with biz owners who do not operate out of urgency most of the time. With spacious planning, generally nothing is urgent and if I need a sick day, nothing will crumble.
As for actual vacations, Nate & I plan in advance, I work in advance and let my clients know which days I will be "out of the office." -
Please communicate any immediate concerns to me as soon as they arise, so we can workshop together!
Otherwise, we plan a quarterly video chat with each client to assure that we have completed things in alignment with expectations, to tack on more projects and to get an update on where the business is and is going so we are on the same page.
